I fell in love with Genesis Academy on my very first visit. The quality of education, the pleasant surrounding, and love that permeates from the administration, teachers and staff has created a nurturing environment for my son. Genesis Academy continues to excel as a family-oriented school that utilizes current educational trends to assist in the development of well-rounded young citizens.

The term education connotes varying interpretations in varying circles. From a personal vantage point, education connotes more than just the transfer of information; more than just a rote 8am-3pm experience; more than just the tangibility of books and boards; and so much more than just a four-walled experience. For me, Genesis Academy has challenged the accepted connotations of this overly-used word to create a "more" experience that translates information into the acquisition of knowledge and the skills to apply it. For me, Genesis Academy has disrobed the formal suiting of traditional educational institutions to give wings to each child's strengths and creativity. Go Genesis!

I have had the pleasure of conducting professional development activities for the faculty at Genesis Academy. I have found the faculty to be knowledgeable, interested in life-long learning, and focused on the students' achievements. I have taught graduate courses for Barry University at Genesis Academy. The facilities at Genesis Academy are remarkable for their cleanliness. It is evident that the students and staff take pride in their school.

Congratulations are extended to the Principal, staff and students of Genesis Academy for the significant achievements in all aspects of the education process. The rigorous academic programme, relevant cultural environmental and values-based activities presented through innovative methods, make your school an ideal place for teaching and learning.

As soon as you enter Genesis Academy, this bright and beautiful "oasis of learning" you feel the love and devotion that has shaped the school into the model of excellence that it is today. Children, parents and teachers participate fully in the life of "Genesis Community", where every week brings a "special event" or activity that enriches the rigorous academic curriculum while providing the extra-curricular enrichment needed to nourish "the whole child". As an administrator, teacher educator, and former principal, I can attest to the high caliber of the teachers, of quality curriculum, and of the care and attention that goes in every detail that makes this school such a unique and wonderful learning environment.
